This mixed pasture hay was made in Feb 24′ from a reputable Canterbury contractor For dairy cows, mixed pasture hay serves as a valuable source of fibre in their diet. It can be fed throughout the year, providing essential roughage when fresh pasture is limited, or as a supplement to other feeds. Meadow hay helps maintain rumen health and digestion in cows, supporting optimal milk production and overall cow well-being.

For horses, meadow hay is a staple forage that offers numerous benefits. It provides the necessary fibre horses need for proper digestion and gut health. Meadow hay is often fed in conjunction with pasture or as a primary forage source when pasture availability is limited. It can also be used to supplement concentrates or other types of hay to maintain a balanced diet for horses.

Meadow hay offers several advantages for both dairy cows and horses. It is palatable and highly digestible, providing animals with essential nutrients and energy. Additionally, meadow hay is typically low in sugars, making it suitable for animals that require a low-sugar or low-starch diet.
